Troubleshooting Measures Invasion of Royal Land in Khaem Son Sub-District Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province

Abstract

 Measures to solve the problem of encroachment on state property are methods used by the government to solve the problem of encroachment on state property by people who illegally own state property so that they can legally own land. The researcher used quantitative and qualitative research methods. Using a questionnaire in quantitative research from questioning 200 people who are tenants of state property in Khaem Son Sub-district and interviews in qualitative research with informants, including 200 people who are tenants of state property in Khaem Son Sub-district, the population of qualitative research, 7people. The results of quantitative research found that people have a low level of knowledge and understanding about measures to solve the problem of encroachment on state property. People have problems and obstacles in using measures to solve the problem of encroachment on state property at a moderate level. People agree very much with the solutions and obstacles in using measures to solve the problem of encroachment on government land parcel. And the qualitative research results found that the informants knew that it was a social measure that the government had set in place to alleviate suffering and help the people living and farming on state property. To be able to live and farm legally. And there should be a clear solution to the problem and in the same direction.
