Democratic Way in the Community Cultural Context of Thai Northeastern

บทคัดย่อ 

บทความชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายหลักการของความเป็นประชาธิปไตยในบริบทวัฒนธรรมชุมชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของไทย หรือภาคอีสาน ซึ่งใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์หลักการของความเป็นประชาธิปไตย ซึ่งจำแนกเป็น 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการแห่งสิทธิและเสรีภาพของปัจเจกบุคคล, 2) หลักการความเสมอภาค, 3) หลักการความยินยอม, 4) หลักการอำนาจอธิปไตยหรือการปกครองตนเองของประชาชน, 5) หลักการเสียงส่วนใหญ่, 6) หลักการนโยบายสาธารณะหรือสาธารณประโยชน์ และ 7) หลักการแห่งเหตุผล ซึ่งมีการสังเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบวาทกรรมระหว่างหลักการทางทฤษฎีกับวิถีปฏิบัติของชาวบ้านที่ได้มีการดำเนินการในชุมชนอยู่แล้ว อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างความเข้าใจและการยอมรับในหลักการความเป็นประชาธิปไตยระหว่างชาวบ้านในชนบทและบุคคลอื่นในสังคมซึ่งต่างต้องการสร้างสังคมประชาธิปไตยให้เกิดขึ้นร่วมกัน

Abstract

This article aimed to describe the principles of democratization in the community cultural context of the northeastern of Thailand or I-san region, which used analysis method about 7 principles of democratization include 1) principle of right and liberty of individualism, 2) principle of equality 3) principle of consent 4) principle of sovereignty or self-government of people, 5) principle of majority, 6) principle of public policy or public interest and 7) principle of rationality. Moreover, there is synthesis by discourse comparison between theories and practice of communities in order to build together understanding and consentient in the principles of democratization between villagers in rural and others in society, who demand to build the democratic society together.
