Administrative Promotion Use of Modern Technology Adoption in Facilitating and Serving The Public of The Government Savings Bank in Suphanburi Province.

Main objectives of this study were to explore 1) problems of administration to promote modern technology adoption for people facilitating and serving of the Government Savings Banks in Suphanburi Province, 2) factors taking important parts of the success of the improvement guidelines of administration to promote modern technology adoption for people facilitating and serving of the Government Savings Banks in Suphanburi Province, and 3) improvement guidelines of administration to promote modern technology adoption for people facilitating and serving of the Government Savings Banks in Suphanburi Province.
The study was mixed methods research emphasized on survey research using questionnaires passed try out of validity check at 0.89 and reliability check at 0.94. Population was people using the services of 13 branches of the Government Savings Banks in Suphanburi Province. Total of 1,112 samples were calculated by using Taro Yamane’s formula at the tolerance level of 0.03. Data analysis was represented in contingency table with descriptive approach. For qualitative research, in-depth interview of 9 experts with face to face interview and structured in-depth interview form was also applied.
Research results were: 1) the major administrative problem was the Government Savings Banks in Suphanburi Province' s insufficient emphasizing on the convenience and hastiness of modern technology adoption for people facilitating and serving, 2) the major improvement guidelines of administration was the Government Savings Banks in Suphanburi Province should adopt modern technology for people facilitating and serving by increasingly taking into account the benefits of the people, and 3) the major factors taking important parts of the success of the improvement guidelines of administration was the Government Savings Banks in Suphanburi Province' s modern technology adoption for people facilitating and serving by forming policy, plan, and performance guideline with reliable and dependable data security system of the people using the bank services.
