Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak is a crisis that has shaken organizations at all levels. Because Covid-19 has created a more complex corporate environment, both internal environments such as culture, organizational structure and management. and external environment such as economic, social, political and technology. It is a challenge that all executives must come up with ingenious solutions to enable organizations to survive in the midst of such crises. This article focuses on the relevant literature to explain the meaning. The importance of digital government policies to connect work from home as well as considering the opportunities and challenges of the government sector in managing operations during the Covid-19 crisis. The results show that 1) the meaning and importance of the digital government policy is the use of technology to support efficient operations. 2) The opportunities of government sectors in administration under the Covid-19 crisis is separated into 2 parts, and the laws related to operations are the main challenges of the organization.
