Development of production models of the vegetable safety in the total area to solve poverty of Namon District, Kalasin Province

Abstract

This research aims to solve poverty by developing a model for producing safe vegetables in Namon District, Kalasin Province. It is participatory action research. The main target group in the research was poor households in Namon District. 328 households the secondary target group is agencies and partners of the network to solve poverty in Namon district. Approximately 50 people by selecting a specific target audience. Collect data from the verification and screening of poor households by household and village. Questioning poor households who need to develop their career potential Group Conversations Explore the cost of production, solve the problem, survey the market within the community. The tools used in the study included verification and screening forms for poor households by household and village. Form to record the need to develop potential in terms of survey on the consumption of vegetables and food of shops in the subdistrict, observation. The research found that the process of developing poor households to produce safe vegetables in total plots consists of 3 processes (1) upstream selecting poor households (2) midstream  Promote integrated production and standardized processing (3) downstream marketing promotion and management of collective conversion to tackle poverty There are 5 areas: land management, productivity management, materials management, benefit management, and people management.
