The expectation Toward the Movement Process of New Public Service in a Community : Case Study of Khamcha-i Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khamcha-i District, Mukdahan Province.

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคาดหวังของ ประชาชนที่มีต่อกระบวนการขับเคลื่อนการจัดทำบริการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ในชุมชน 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อ กระบวนการขับเคลื่อนการจัดทำบริการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ในชุมชน จำแนกตาม ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยทางด้านความคิดเห็น ที่มีต่อหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีกับระดับความคาดหวังที่มีต่อกระบวนการ ขับเคลื่อนการจัดทำบริการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ในชุมชน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิง ปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลการวิจัยกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 365 รายที่มีภูมิลำเนาในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคำชะอี อำเภอคำชะอี จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่าภาพรวมระดับความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อ กระบวนการขับเคลื่อนการจัดทำบริการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ในชุมชน ภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับสูง ต่อมาพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ อาชีพ และ ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อระดับความคาดหวังที่มี ต่อกระบวนการขับเคลื่อนการจัดทำบริการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ในชุมชนในระดับที่ แตกต่างกัน และปัจจัยทางด้านความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ ดีมีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความคาดหวัง ทั้งนี้กำหนดความเชื่อมมั่นไว้ที่ระดับ นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05This research aimed to study 1) the expectation of people toward the new public service implementation in community 2) the comparison between demographic factors and the expectation of people toward the new public service implementation in community and 3) the relation between the opinion about good governance and the expectation of people toward the new public service implementation in community. It was the quantitative research and used questionnaires to collect data from 365 cases in Khamcha- i Sub- district Organization, Khamcha- i District, Mukdahan Province. The research found that the expectation toward the new public service implementation in community was high level. After found that comparing between the different of demographic factors such as gender, age, education, income, occupation and resident duration, and the expectation of people toward the new public service implementation in community accorded to the hypothesis. And the opinion about good governance related to the expectation of people toward the new public service implementation in community in Khamcha- i Sub- district Organization, Khamcha- i District, Mukdahan Province by significant at 05.
