Abstract
This research focuses on the measures which affect the human rights principles as a result of South Korea's handling to the COVID-19 outbreak in 2021. It is a qualitative research study that examines documentary research through related documents, such as a study of measures from the COVID-19 information website and the impact of case studies that appear in online news media, and then analyzes the data to obtain research results. According to the study's findings, South Korea has three measures in place to deal with the COVID-19 epidemic: the Korean Public Health Measure (3T), the Social Distancing Measure, and the COVID-19 Vaccination Support Measure. All these measures have an impact on citizens' human rights principles in a variety of ways.
