Academic Management in a Lifelong Learning Education System
Main Article Content
Abstract
A study on academic management of educational systems for lifelong learning reveals that such systems focus on developing students’ potential to continuously adapt and improve themselves in a rapidly changing society. This is achieved through developing flexible curricula that respond to students’ needs and social changes, implementing adaptable and appropriate learning management, and utilizing educational technology in the learning process to enable students to learn independently anytime and anywhere. There should be an effective assessment system to help students develop learning skills and self-evaluation abilities. Additionally, fostering key characteristics such as positive learning attitudes, motivation, curiosity, and collaborative learning plays a vital role in promoting lifelong learning. The findings from this study can serve as guidelines for administrators in policy-making to develop educational systems that enhance students’ skills and characteristics, preparing them for future changes.
