The Working Readiness, Benefits and Risks Affecting The Quality of Soldiers’ Working Life in three Border Provinces in Southern Thailand

The purpose of this research was to study the influences of working readiness, benefits satisfaction and working risks on the quality of solders’ working life in three border provinces in southern Thailand. The quantitative data was collected by using a questionnaire and the sample was 390 commissioned and non-commissioned soldiers in the tree border provinces. The quantitative research methods consisted of hierarchical regression analysis and path analysis based. The research found that the results showed that working readiness had a direct effect on the quality of soldiers’ working life. Benefits satisfaction and working readiness had a direct influence on working risks. However, the working risks had no impact on the quality of soldiers’ working life. It could be concluded that the Army’ policy on quality of soldiers’ working life should focus on the working readiness of soldiers.
