Good Governance in Local Government Organizations: Case Study of Srakoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization Suwannaphum District, Roi Et Province

Abstract

            The study of good governance in the local government organization: a case study of the Srakoo sub-district administrative organization Suwannaphum District Roi et There are 3 objectives: (1) to study public opinion towards the administration according to the principles of good governance in Srakoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization (2) to compare the opinions of the people towards the administration according to the principles of good governance in Srakoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization and (3) to study problems and guidelines for the development of administration according to the principles of good governance in Srakoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The sample group consisted of 9,506 people within Srakoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Which uses cluster sampling. The instrument used for collecting data is a questionnaire about administration according to the principles of good governance in Srakoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Which is a questionnaire for the selection of answers, rating scale and open-ended questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using the software package for social science research. The statistics used were frequency values, percentage values, average values and standard deviation. Hypothesis were tested using T-test. and One-Way ANOVA.

          Results revealed that

          People have opinions on the administration according to good governance in Srakoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Roi et. Overall at a moderate level When considering each aspect, it was found that people had moderate opinions in all aspects.

Which responded to the questionnaire about the management team more than the organization but there are still some people who still have opinions that the management is not neutral in terms of command.
