A Model of Public School Administration Aimed at Achievement

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) study the state, problems and supporting factors of the Pracharath School Administration 2) develop the model of the Pracharat School Administration 3) study the effectiveness of the use of the Model of the Pracharat School. The research method model is qualitative research. Mainly by documentary research, populations and sample group of 196 peoples and using the data obtained to analyze the qualitative data Based on the truth that exists. The results showed that: 1) The state, problems, and supporting factors of the Pracharat School Administration, it is found that the participating schools Found problems in all areas, both in personnel management Budget management Academic administration General management. 2) To develop a model for the administration of Pracharat school It was found that every participating school in Pracharat School Project has practical / realistic aspects in terms of personnel, budget, material, management. 3) The effectiveness of the use of the Pracharath School Administration model, it is found that the schools participating in the Pracharat School Project are practiced / practiced in all aspects, both in (1) The development of school information systems and the development of digital infrastructure (2) Creating parent and community participation in school development (3) Development of teaching and learning curriculum with emphasis on thinking, promoting teaching and learning that emphasizes morality, ethics and public analytical mind (4) Development Leadership of the school administrators and teachers to facilitate the students to learn by themselves. (5) The development of students’ English language skills.
