Guidelines for Management of the Organization with the Good Governance of the Administrators of Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

Creating good governance principles in the Thai bureaucracy is therefore very important. Because good governance will be an opening factor for democratic governance. People have the freedom to exchange opinions widely. The objectives were 1) to study the level of management of the organization with the good governance of the administrators of sub-district administrative Organizations in Kamphaeng Saen district, Nakhon Pathom province, and 2) to suggest the guidelines for the management of the organization with good governance of the administrators of sub-district administrative organizations in Kamphaeng Saen district, Nakhon Pathom Province. This research is quantitative. The population used in the research is the administrators of the sub-district administrative organizations in the area Kamphaeng Saen district, Nakhon Pathom Province, 15 sub-districts using 135 probability sampling methods. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that 1) the management of the organization with the good governance of the administrators of subdistrict administrative Organizations in Kamphaeng Saen district, Nakhon Pathom province the overall were rated at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that at a high level in all aspects moral principles have the highest average, followed by the rule of law, transparency, responsibility, value for money, and the principles of participation respectively, 2) administrators must strictly implement the 6 aspects of good governance.
