A Career is important to everyone because it makes you feel valuable. Occupation is a source of income People who have their a career can live more comfortable and appropriate life. They can make progress in life and live in a good position. They get fame and prestige, making them popular and be accepted by others people. Career decision-making is a process with steps to help a person make a choice that is most suitable for themselves. The purpose of this research was to compare the personal internal factors with the career decisions of undergraduate students in the Universities in Bangkok and its vicinity. This research is quantitative research. The samples were final year students of public and private higher education institutions In Bangkok and its vicinity 400 people using the multi-stage randomization method. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by statistical values used in statistical analysis for hypothesis testing and tested utilizing the crosstabulation formula.
