Abstract

The objectives of this research are to 1) study the success level of innovation in slaughterhouse management in Thailand; Organization management transformational leadership technology adoption and potential for innovative creativity 2) Study organizational management factors transformational leadership technology adoption and the potential for innovative creativity that influences the success of slaughterhouse management innovations in Thailand; and 3) propose a model for the success of slaughterhouse management innovations in Thailand.
This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative research consisted of a sample size of 380 slaughterhouse operators in Thailand. The sample size was determined using the criterion of 20 times the observed variable. multistage sampling and quota sampling Use questionnaires to collect data. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. for qualitative research Data were collected through in-depth interviews, consisting of officials from the Office of Livestock Product Standards and Certification Systems. Officials from provincial industries Officials from the Provincial Livestock Department Officials from the Department of Local Administration A total of 15 business owners of slaughterhouses in Thailand and data were analyzed using content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) the success of innovation in slaughterhouse management in Thailand technology adoption Potential for innovative creativity transformational leadership It is important at the highest level. As for management, it is important at a high level. 2) Strategic leadership Management technology adoption and potential for innovative creativity Affecting the success of innovation in slaughterhouse management in Thailand Statistically significant at the .001 level and 3) Model of success of innovation in slaughterhouse management in Thailand. Named “2TAIS Model”
(T= Transformational Leadership, A= Administration Management T=Technology Acceptance, I=Innovative Creativity Potential, S=success management innovation) it is a model for supporting agencies to promote the success of innovation in slaughterhouse management. Animals in Thailand that focus on Product and service innovation process innovation Marketing innovation and organizational innovation Applied to have a competitive advantage Able to change the organization to support the current situation. Various pressure conditions can produce products that better meet customer needs. and continue to achieve the success goals of the business organization
