A Study of Entrepreneurs’ Satisfaction towards the Graduates of the Bachelor of Arts in Thai Language Program

Abstract
The objective of this descriptive study the satisfaction of the employers towards the graduates’ capability graduated from the Bachelor of Arts in Thai Language Program, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Science, Chiangmai Rajabhat University, in the Academic Year 2017 and to study of the employer’s expectation towards the required qualification of the graduates. The 38 employers were interviewed and questionnaires answering for this study. The study was a descriptive analysis with percentage and mean presentation. The research results revealed that the employer satisfaction towards the qualification of the Bachelor of Arts in Thai Language Program at Chiangmai Rajabhat University in the Academic Year 2017, the highest level of the required qualification was the moral and ethics, the second was academic knowledge, the third was personality of graduates. The forth was the identity characteristics.
