Implementation of Multimedia Tools to Enhance Science Learning Skills of Primary 1 Students to Promote Basic Science Process Skills

Abstract
This research was aimed to 1) utilize Vonder Go multimedia to promote basic science process skills 2) study the effectiveness of Vonder Go multimedia in managing science learning to enhance basic science process skills, and 3) study basic science process skills after using Vonder Go multimedia of grade 1 students. A purposive sampling method was used to select a sample group consisting of 41 grade 1 students in Hiranrat Phakdi Wittaya School in Nonthaburi Province. Data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics; Index of Consistency (IOC) and determination of the efficiency (E1/E2). The findings revealed that: 1) For the purposes of promoting basic science process skills, Vonder Go multimedia has a consistency index of more than 0.50 and can be used for teaching 2) Vonder Go multimedia’s efficiency (E1/E2) was 88.15/97.80, which met the specified objectives, and 3) The result of basic science process skills developed using Vonder Go multimedia showed improvement in students’ learning.
