Effectiveness of Hospital in Transsexual Surgery Patient’s Attitude in Thailand

This research article aims to study the effectiveness of hospitals in transsexual surgery patient’s attitudes in Thailand. This research used quantitative research. The Sample was transsexual surgery service recipients in the hospital surgery business in Thailand by using the G*Power program, which has a sample size of 360 people. The instrument was a questionnaire 5-level rating scale, statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, and analysis of descriptive data.
The results showed that: the effectiveness of hospitals in transsexual surgery patient’s attitudes in Thailand, include acceptability, satisfaction, and survival, both overall and aspects were found to be at the highest level in all aspects. This research suggests that the government should have the policy to make Thailand a global hub for gender reconstructive surgery, to bring a lot of income into the country. Policy on support for gender, legal status, to address transgender people. Healthcare facilities or establishment executives. Outstanding acceptance in resistance should be established following international standards and recognized by the world.
