Crisis Management on Personal Achievements in BOWT (Business Organization of The Office of The Welfare Promotion Commission for Teachers and Educational Personnel)

Abstract

This study aimed to 1)Study the demographic factors influencing personal achievements in BOWT and 2) Study the management of crisis related to the success of the work in BOWT, a case study of 200 BOWT’s employees and workers. The instrument was a set of questionnaires analyzed by SPSS. The statistics for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and SD, along with the inferential statistics, i.e., t-test, F-test, One – way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis.

          The study's results found that 1) The demographic factors in terms of different ages and positions significantly influenced personal achievements in BOWT (p < 0.05), a case study of BOWT’s employees and workers. Sex, status, educational level, income, and agencies influenced personal achievements in BOWT with no difference. 2) For crisis management, planning and control significantly influenced personal achievements in BOWT (p < 0.05).
