Abstract

This study was mixed methods research which combined both quantitative and qualitative methods for explore Participatory of Occupation Group Management for Sustainable: Ban Pa Meang Community, Muang Pan District, Lampang. The sample were 103 households of Ban Pa Meang, Muang Pan District, Lampang. Results found that overall level of agreement toward Occupation Group Management based on (POSDCoRB) was agree. Especially on Staffing, was rated as strongly agree and Budgeting, Planning, Organizing, Directing, Coordinating and Reporting were rated as agreed respectively. In addition to manage occupation group by participatory for Sustainable, members should emphasize on (1) create process and develop occupation group model which focus on participation and using learning process as strategic development (2) knowledge transferring and improve the process of participatory of occupation group management for strengthen community.
