The Efficiency of Social Welfare Management for the Quality of the Elderly of Local Government Organizations in Nawang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province

The purpose of this research is to study the influence of causal factors, physical health, mental health, social relations, and environmental factors that affect the efficiency of social welfare management for the quality of the elderly of local government organizations
in Nawang District Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The sample group consisted of people aged 60 years and over in local administrative organizations in Nawang District. Nong Bua Lamphu Province, 500 samples. The researcher has chosen a semi-structured questionnaire to conduct the research. and the statistics used are path analysis, the research results found that
1) Psychological factors have a direct influence on the efficiency of social welfare management in terms of quality of life of the elderly, 2) Environmental factors have an indirect influence on the efficiency of welfare management. social factors in the quality of life of the elderly through the psychological aspect, 3) social relationship factors have a direct influence on the efficiency of social welfare management regarding the quality of life of the elderly and have an indirect influence through the psychological aspect, 4) factors Physical health has a direct influence on the efficiency of social welfare management on the quality of life of the elderly and has an indirect influence through social relationships and mental aspects and has an indirect influence through social relationships, 5) Environmental factors have a direct influence on the mind, 6) Environmental factors have a direct influence on social relationships, 7) Social relationships have a direct influence on the mind, and 8) Physical health factors have a direct influence on the mind. social relations, statistically significant at the level 0.01 which is consistent with the hypothesis, the researcher found that Psychological factors have the most direct influence on the efficiency of social welfare management regarding the quality of life of the elderly, followed by physical health, and social relationships, respectively
From the results of this research, there were findings that can be used to create a model for national administration in order to achieve sustainable development at both the regional and national levels.
