Guideline for Thai Scout Management and Development in the New Normal Era Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

This research has the following objectives: 1) to study the level of development of Thai Scouts, government policy, organizational system Training, and certification systems 2) To study the causal factors of government policy. organizational system Training and certification system that influence the development of Thai Scouts in the new normal society and 3) to study the management and development guidelines for Thai Scouts in the new normal society This research is quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative research has a sample group: educational personnel who are Superintendent/Deputy Scout Superintendent (School Director/Deputy School Director) Teachers-Professors in educational institutions Scout lecturers and scout officers Affiliated with educational institutions in Bangkok, a total of 400 samples. Stratified random sampling use questionnaires to collect data. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. In qualitative research data were collected using in-depth interviews, with people involved in government policy. Thai Scout Council committee level Executive of the National Scout Office, there were 16 teachers and scout directors of all scout types in total and data were analyzed using content analysis.

The research results found: 1) the development of Thai Scouts in the era of the new normal society. Standard certification, government policy, organizational system, and training system. It is at the highest level of importance in all. 2) Certification of standards has the greatest overall causal influence on the development of Thai Scouts in the new normal society era, followed by government policies, training systems, and organizational management systems, respectively, and 3) guidelines for the development of Thai Scouts in the era of the new normal society in Bangkok” by a model of the guidelines for developing Thai Scouts in the era of the new normal society in Bangkok It has the appearance of a diagram with standard certification. The one with the most total influence is the driving force at the bottom. Government policy and the training system are in the middle and the organization system is promoted at the top level.
