Analysis the Rights of Partnership Registration: The Civil of Partnership Bill

Abstract

Nowadays, family lifestyle of multiples sexuality has more increased. Couple life as gay and lesbian are considered the right and freedom according to Human Rights in Universal Declaration of Human Rights and also Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560 (2017). Nevertheless, Thailand is no law to give the family life for partner until the Civil of Partnership Bill. Criticizing about the Bill that will give the equality rights to partner as men and women registered a marriage certificate. Hence, this article studied principles of the Reform Civil of Partnership Bill by synthesized them into 4 criteria for comparative assessment to harmonize and differences with principles of family law. The results found that the Bill give the right to family for partner similarly as legal spouse but still have issues that should have rectify to be more clearly for practice.
