ความสามารถด้านการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษและทักษะทางสังคมของนักศึกษา ที่เรียนเขียนแบบร่วมมือโดยใช้โปรแกรม Google Docs

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถด้านการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ และทักษะทางสังคมของนักศึกษาก่อนกับหลังการเรียนเขียนแบบร่วมมือโดยใช้โปรแกรม Google Docs กับแบบเผชิญหน้า กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต (ภาษาอังกฤษ)
คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ที่เรียนวิชาการเขียนเรียงความระดับย่อหน้า ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน 34 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองที่เรียนโดยโปรแกรม Google Docs และกลุ่มควบคุมที่เรียนแบบเผชิญหน้า ระยะเวลาในการทดลองคือ 12 คาบ คาบละ 3 ชั่วโมง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้จำนวน 4 แผน แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถด้านการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับทักษะทางสังคม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน paired sample t-test และ independent samples t-test ผลการวิจัย แสดงให้เห็นว่า 1) ความสามารถด้านการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษของกลุ่มทดลอง และกลุ่มควบคุมไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 2) ทักษะทางสังคมของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
