Low Cost Airlines Efficiency

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between strategy, system, management and efficiency. The population and sample size for 400 specific sampling were selected from the passenger at DONMUANG airport. The methods of data analysis consist of multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed efficiency depended on comfortable, process, technology, courtesy and reliability.
