Relationship among Administrative Processes and Outputs of the Educational Service Area Offices in the Fiscal Year 2016

The objectives of this research were to study the evaluation results of administrative process and output indicators, correlation among those indicators including effects of the process indicators on each of output indicators in accordance with the standards of 225. To use survey research by collecting data with monitoring and evaluating by management of educational service area offices together with site visits in during 2017. As well as to be analyze data by mean, standard deviation, percentage, mode, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression.
The evaluation results of 7 administrative process indicators accorded to standard 1-2 were at excellent and very good levels totaled 6 and 1 indicators respectively. In a while, 8 output indicators accorded to standard at level 3 were excellent, very good and poor levels. And then at 5, 1 and 2 indicators respectively. The correlation all amount 15 indicators were showed that majority of them were significantly related to be another at .05 except the output indicator at 8 (Service recipients’ and stakeholders’ satisfaction) accorded to standard 3 was not related to others. Only 2 output indicators of the educational service area offices were significantly affected by all 7 process indicators at .05 whereas 3 others were significantly affected by some and the rest of 3 were affected by none.
