Policy Proposals for Educational Quality Management in the New Normal Era Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Offices in the Northeastern Region

Policy proposals for educational quality management in the new way of life era in the Offices of the Secondary Educational Areas in the Northeast Region are important in raising the quality of education., which has the following research results:
1. Educational quality management in the new way of life era consists of 6 aspects: 1) Future leadership, 2) Increasing opportunities and reducing learning inequality, 3) Educational management according to the context of the area, 4) Digital literacy, 5) Educational supervision, and 6) Communication and public relations.
2. The current situation of educational quality management in the new way of life era is at a moderate level overall (x ̅= 3.22, S.D. = 0.17). The desired status of educational quality management in the new way of life era is at a high level overall (x ̅= 4.31, S.D. = 0.22 and the ranking value of the needs in the area with the highest development needs is the aspect of future leadership (PNI(Modified) = 0.387).
3. The policy proposals for educational quality management in the new way of life era have the evaluation results in terms of appropriateness at the highest level at (x ̅= 4.70, S.D.= 0.23), feasibility at the highest level at (x ̅= 4.61, S.D. = 0.18, and usefulness at the highest level at (x ̅= 4.63, S.D. = 0.16).
