Building Faith in Buddhists in Foreign Countries

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of building faith in Buddhists abroad 2) To build faith of Buddhists in foreign countries It is a mixed method research with qualitative research methods consisting of 1) document study 2) interviewing 7 key informants, analyzing the data with content analysis. And quantitative research is to distribute 300 questionnaires from foreign Buddhists in Europe. Data were analyzed using basic statistics such as mean and standard deviation.

           The results of the research showed that: 1) The state of building the faith of Buddhists in the country found that the administration of the Sangha affairs in accordance with the roles and responsibilities Found problems and obstacles in each area of work in 4 aspects as follows: (1) Dharma Missionary (2) Sermon Teaching (3) Media Teaching Equipment (4) Religious Activities 2) There are 4 aspects of building up the faith of Buddhists in the country: (1) Practice an Activity Planning (2) Development of 5 basic global merit 5 (3) Learning and answering Dharma problems. (Learning Dharma) and (4) Acts of a Like Friend (Act Like a True Friend) is the faith building of Buddhists in good countries.
