Implementation of The Municipality's Decentralized Public Administration Policy Chachoengsao Municipality Chachoengsao Province

Abstract

The objective of this study was to study 1) the level of success in implementing the municipality's decentralized public administration policy Chachoengsao Municipality Chachoengsao Province and 2) the factors in implementing the policy of decentralization of public administration of the municipality of Chachoengsao Province. This research was quantitative. The population used in this research were civil servants and officers of Chachoengsao Municipality, Chachoengsao Province. The sample group used in this research consisted of 206 samples. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The results showed that: 1) the success of implementing the policy of decentralization of public administration of the municipality of Chachoengsao Province. There has been a successful implementation of the policy on decentralization of public administration of the municipality. Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the average was at a high level in all aspects. in descending order, namely management and conservation. Natural resources and the environment with the highest standard, followed by commercial investment promotion planning and tourism. The aspect with the minor average was religion, art and culture, customs, and local wisdom. 2) The level of the implementation of the decentralized public administration policy of the municipality of Chachoengsao Province found that in Chachoengsao Municipality Chachoengsao Province, there are factors of the organization as a whole at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the average was at a high level in all aspects. From highest to lowest, the budget was the highest average, followed by the structure. The element with the least mean was the location side, respectively.
