Efficiency in Administration of Tax Collection of Phrom Buri Municipality, Phrom Buri District, Sing Buri Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study an efficiency on administration of tax collection of Phrom Buri Municipality, Phrom Buri District, Sing Buri Province.

        This research was a quantitative research. Samples used in this study were 356 clients in Phom Buri District, Sing Buri Province. The research instrument was a 5 - scale rating questionnaire. The data were analyzed through frequency, percentage and Standard Deviation.

        The results of the study revealed that: The efficiency on administration of tax collection of Phrom Buri Municipality, Phrom Buri District, Sing Buri Province in overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect found 1 aspect at the highest level, the other 4 aspects at high level, as follows: Economical and efficient, Certainty and adjustment, Convenience and easy to follow, and Accuracy and suitability, respectively.
