Solutions for the Use of Legal Measures on Protection Land that be the Property of to the Public Domain of Stage

This research aimed to study 1) to study law and law enforcement process, 2) to study problems and obstacles in law enforcement, and 3) to propose solutions to law enforcement problems relating to the protection of land which is the public domain of the land. This research is a qualitative research which a documented research method Collecting information by selecting documents, such as the Civil and Commercial Code, implied Section 1304 (1), Section 1304 (2) and 1304 (3), Local Administrative Act B.E. 2457 Concerning the Preservation and Protection of Lands which are Public Domain for Shared Citizens 2010. Data were analyzed using secondary data analysis and compiled by descriptive method. The results showed that
1. There are several relevant laws, such as the Civil and Commercial Code. Land code Local Administrative Act Maritime Act in Thai waters, etc., and the legal powers and duties are still many organizations, including government agencies of the central, provincial and local authorities. This has overlap in the powers and duties of the Ministry of Interior, provinces, districts and local government organizations
2. The problem found is land encroachment and obstacles encountered in social and economic aspects
3. Solution to the problem, namely the determination of clarity in the performance of duties and areas of responsibility for the officers. And clearly define the preventive and remedial measures of the Land Code.
