Abstract

The educational administrators have their role in school management concerning about academic affairs, personnel, budget, and general management for administrator professional success. Especially digital era, administrators have must ability, management skills, interaction process with organization change management, management using technologies and new management innovation in creative that adapted or develop new things. That causes results organization efficiently and effectively on goals and higher goals of excellent organization. Therefore, administrators must be digital leadership consisted of 1) participation in join learning, creative and innovation develop, 2) digital knowledge, 3) digital vision, 4) communication skills, and
5) digital development for personnel in accord with the context and it can the survival in the digital era which the most benefits to the organization, students, personnel, and stakeholders by the parents, organization, communities, and societies.
