Preparing the manuscript

 

1. The article including the references may not exceed 15 pages.

2. Microsoft Word 2013 for Windows only

3. Print the article in 1 column with the following margins.

3.1 Top: 1.5 inches

3.2 Bottom: 1 inch

3.3 Left: 1 inch

3.4 Right: 1 inch

4. Organize each part of an article by an Arabic numeral followed by a heading, in bold,

   starting with 1. Introduction. Use decimal numbers for sub-headings, e.g. 1.1.

5. Use the following font type and size.

5.1 Font type: TH SarabunPSK

5.2 Title: 18 point, bold style

5.3 Author names, abstract, and article text: 14 point, normal style

5.4 Footnotes: 12 point, normal style

5.5 Heading numbers and headings: 1, 2, 3, … and 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, …, 14 point, bold style

5.6 Position heading numbers and headings on the left margin.

5.7 Indentation: First paragraph at 0.39 inches; second paragraph at 0.63 inches; third

     paragraph at 0.75 inches

 

Manuscript submission

1. Submit your academic article or research article via

    https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/faakmutnb.

2. The editorial team informs the author that the manuscript has been received.

3. The editorial team determines whether the article is within the content scope of the journal

   and can be published, and whether its format meets the journal’s standard. The author will

   be informed of the decision within 15 days.

 

Recommendations for manuscript submission

Academic articles

An academic article should consist of the following sections.

1.       Title: Every article is to have a title in both Thai and English. Begin with the Thai title. The title should be clear and concise.

2.       Authors: Include the name of every author. Provide a telephone number and an email address of the corresponding author. Place the name of the author(s) under the article title, with superscript numbers (1, 2, 3, …) to indicate academic titles (if any) and affiliations, which are listed in the footnote.

3.       Abstract: Include the abstract of the article in both Thai and English. The abstract should be in one paragraph of no more than 250 words. Begin with the Thai abstract, followed by the English abstract.

4.       Keywords: Include 3 to 5 keywords both in Thai and English for the search database. Place the keywords after each abstract.

5.       Introduction: Provide background information to help the readers understand the content and scope of the article.

6.       Body text: Divide the main content of the article into parts and headings.

7.       Conclusion: Summarize and conclude the article in a clear and concise manner.

8.       References: Follow the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition for all citations.

 

Research articles

1.       Title: Every article is to have a title in both Thai and English. Begin with the Thai title. The title should be clear and concise.

The text of a research article should comprise:

5.1   Introduction: Provide the significance or background of the problem to be

studied.

5.2. Objectives and hypotheses (if any)

5.3 Research questions (if any)

5.4 Related literature and conceptual framework

5.5 Methodology: Population and sample, research instruments, data collection,

and data analysis

5.6 Results: Provide clear research findings and comprehensive details.

5.7 Table and figures: Place tables and figures with clear image resolution in the

text. Order the tables and figures with numbers and concise explanation.

 

6.       Discussion: Assess, interpret, and synthesize the results of the research, and support or argue against ideas with reference to existing theories and studies.

7.       Body of knowledge: Explain the knowledge and understanding gained from the research as well as how it has contributed to providing knowledge, solving problems, and disseminating research.

8.       Conclusion and recommendations: Summarize the key issues, point out the new knowledge gained from the research, and provide recommendations for the further use of the research.

9.       Acknowledgements (if any): Briefly state the sources of research funding and assistance received.

10.   References: Provide references for all in-text citations. Follow the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition for all citations.
