Factors of Usage Characteristics Affecting the Working Efficiency of E - Document System in Regional Revenue Office 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the usage characteristics of the E-Document System of personnel in the Regional Revenue Office 1, 2) study the work efficiency with the E-Document System of personnel in the Regional Revenue Office 1, 3) compare the differences in work efficiency with the E-document System of personnel in the Regional Revenue Office 1 classified by personal factors, and 4) study the factors of usage characteristics, including the usage behavior and the ability to use the E-Document System, that affect the work efficiency from the use of the E-Document System of personnel in the Regional Revenue Office 1. The research found that: 1) The usage characteristics of the E-Document System in general were high. The ability to use the E-Document System had the highest mean, which was in the high level. 2) The overall work efficiency from the use of the e-document management system was high. The speed of work was the most important factor, followed by convenience, savings, and reduced work steps. 3) The personnel with different educational levels had different overall work efficiency from the use of the E-Document System. However, the personnel with different genders, ages, positions, and years of service had no difference in overall work efficiency. 4) The factors of usage characteristics, including the usage behavior and the ability to use the E-Document System, had a positive effect on the work efficiency from the use of the E-Document System of personnel in the Regional Revenue Office 1.
