An Influence of Organizational Climate and Psychological Capital on Job Performance of officers in the Department of Juvenile Observation and Protection

Abstract
The aims of this study were to study : 1) organizational climate, psychological capital and job performance of officers in the department of juvenile observation and protection and; 2) the predictors of organizational climate, psychological capital on job performance of officers in the department of juvenile observation and protection. The sample were 127 officers. The questionnaires consisted of 4 parts : personal data, organizational climate, psychological capital, and job performance. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed : 1) the level of organizational climate psychological capital and job performance of officers in the department of juvenile observation and protection were at high levels, 2) organizational climate and psychological capital can predict job performance of officers in the department of juvenile observation and protection at 32.2 percent with the statistical significance at .05 level ( = .322).
