The Evaluation of Deposit situation and Loan from Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to 1. study the situation deposit of Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset in the Loan Funds from Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset. 2. study the quantity and purpose for the Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset of Local Administrative Organizations in Thailand in 12 years ago (2012-2023). 3. develop policy recommendations for operation of the Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset of Local Administrative Organizations. This research is quantitative research by uses to documentary research and data analytic from press release and financial audit of the Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset of Local Administrative Organizations after that the State Audit Office of the Kingdom of Thailand will be analyzed with Descriptive Statistic in frequency, percentage and mean. The results of the research found that The first result is the fund flow in Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset decreased. The second result is the Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset let the bunch loan to same old municipality. The third result is the last 2 years, a loan of money for pay debt to financial institution. Recommendation from the result of the research was to 1. The government should be have regulatory measures to more increase the fund flow in Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset in the Loan Funds. 2. The government should take measures to help municipalities that have not yet accessed loans from Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset in the Loan Funds. 3. The study found that in the last 2 years, some municipalities a loan of money for pay debt to financial institution therefore It shows the lack of fiscal discipline of the municipality who will be affect the ability in a deposit and a loaning of the Loan Funds from Municipal Affairs Promotion Asset in the next phase So the government should be have measures to supervise the fiscal discipline of municipalities.
