Influence of Para-Social Interaction that Affects Daily Communication

Abstract
This article focuses on the influence of communication, para-social interaction, which is a phenomenon that shows the relationship between the audience, as a viewer, and a social celebrity. By having imaginary characteristics and have a shared feeling that they are intimation like a friend in the real world. This form of communication is occurring widely in today's globalized communications world affecting the attitude, ideas, perception, decision to use, discrimination including the emotional state of the receiver. It leads to the influence of communication in daily life in various fields such as the influence of health communication, the influence of political communication and the influence of communication and purchasing decisions of consumers. The influence of communication, in the form of para-social interaction that affects daily communication in various fields, has caused the creation of individual in the media as the identification with characters or role modeling. They are completely worthy of imitating the behavior without hesitation which will lead to change the behavior and awareness of receiver or to drive any issues that are important in the real world to achieve tangible results.
