Path Analysis of Factors Influencing the Export Price of Thai Rubber Ribbed Smoked Sheet no. 3

Abstract
The objective of this research was to analyze the correlation paths of factors influencing the export price of Thai rubber ribbed smoked sheet no. 3. Secondary data during 2007-2021 were adopted for analysis. Path Analysis was used as a tool to analyze. The results revealed that the factors that directly affected the export price of Thai rubber ribbed smoked sheet no. 3, at the .05 level of significance, were the price of concentrated latex in the local market, the export volume of concentrated latex, the export volume of Thai rubber ribbed smoked sheet no. 3, Malaysia’s GDP, USA’s GDP, and Singapore rubber futures market prices. Factors that indirectly affected the export price of Thai rubber ribbed smoked sheet no. 3, at the .05 level of significance, were the world’s automotive production volume, which was affected through the value of concentrated latex export, Singapore rubber futures market prices, which was affected through the export value of concentrated latex, the export value of Thai rubber ribbed smoked sheet no. 3, and the price of concentrated latex at local market. Furthermore, the factor that had the greatest overall influence on the direction of the export price of Thai rubber ribbed smoked sheet no. 3 was Singapore rubber futures market prices. The second most overall influencing factors were the USA’s GDP and the export value of Thai rubber ribbed smoked sheet no. 3, and Malaysia’s GDP, respectively.
