บทคัดย่อ

ประเทศไทยปกครองด้วยระบอบประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข ผ่านปรากฎทางการเมืองหลายด้านมาอย่างเหลือคณานับ มีการนำปัจจัยทางด้านทฤษฎีชนชั้นนำ ทฤษฎีการปฏิรูป และทฤษฎีรัฐธรรมนูญ เข้ามาอธิบายปรากฎการณ์ต่างๆ ในฐานะสมาชิกสภาปฏิรูปประเทศด้านการเมือง การดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการปฏิรูปประเทศด้านกระบวนการยุติธรรม (ตำรวจ) และการเป็น โฆษกกรรมการร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ (กรธ.) ได้สัมผัสปรากฎการณ์ที่ได้พบเห็นจากประสบการณ์ตรง นำมาศึกษาวิจัยเผยแพร่เกี่ยวกับการค้นพบ และความสำเร็จต่างๆ ในการทำหน้าที่คณะกรรมการชุดต่างๆ ขึ้นมา โดยหวังจะให้เป็นแนวทางและกระตุ้นเตือนให้กับผู้ทำหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาประเทศ
